The submission fee is $20.00 (about MYR聽84.00) per submission. It covers the cost of the integrity checks and the AI reviews. The fee is the same whatever the outcome; it is never charged per acceptance.
What one fee covers
- The integrity checks and the three AI reviews.
- Up to 2 revision rounds, including the checks of every required correction and the re-review after major revisions.
- The camera-ready check and publication with open reviews.
When you pay
Only after your manuscript passes the free pre-checks (format, length, required sections and hidden-content scan). You can fix and re-upload as often as you like before paying. Payment is by card through Stripe; waiver codes issued by the journal are also accepted.
Refunds
- You can withdraw before paying at no cost.
- The fee is refunded automatically, in full, if the journal cannot complete three valid AI reviews within 24 hours of payment or the review step fails for good. The paper is then put on hold and the editorial team contacts you.
- Once the integrity checks and AI review have started, the fee is not otherwise refunded, including when you withdraw or the paper is rejected.
- The journal may refund all or part of the fee in other cases, with a written reason.
- Waived fees are not refunded, as nothing was paid.
